Unless otherwise stated in the descriptive text of an item, shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of confirmation of your basket and before the order is confirmed.
SAINTS ESPRITS undertakes to ship the ordered items as quickly as possible: shipments are generally made within 72 hours (no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays) following the validation of the order and at the latest within 5 working days following the validation of the order (unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site and the order validation screen, especially in the event of closure for holidays)
Shipments are made by post (Colissimo suivi or Chronopost), with tracking number or by delivery at a relay point. An email indicating the tracking number is sent to you as soon as the shipment is made. For metropolitan France, the time guaranteed by La Poste is 48 hours for Colissimo. A complaint may be made in the event of non-compliance with this deadline.
Any customs fees, import taxes or customs formalities are the responsibility of the customer.
